well...

I cant say that this is bad or good. First, tanks are never that exotic. Second, the right side of the tank is uncolored. Last, you did not color it well. Might want to take more time on this.

Few things...

Fine work, but it could be much better. First, a better way to fill in spaces is the bucket(or fill-in) tool. Second, Dont overtrace the line. If you do, then you should erase extra lining. the face could use more work as well. Also, since the guy's hood is 3D, you should make everything else 3D, considering the angle of viewing the ninja guy
